The Gigastack consortium have completed a FEED study for their phase 2 project, which aims to install a 100 MW electrolyser to supply hydrogen to industrial heaters at Phillips 66’s Humber Refinery. Gigastack will also lay the groundwork for future expansion in the Humber region and aims to catalyse the renewable hydrogen sector by providing a blueprint for scalable electrolyser technology in the UK.
