Decarb Connect Ltd Terms and Conditions of booking

Please read the information listed below as each booking is subject to Decarb Connect Ltd’s standard terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment is required upon registration. If you need to pay for your ticket by any means other than a credit card, please email accounts@decarbconnect.com to discuss this. For digital products, please note if you are a UK based company VAT will be added to your total payment. For all other products, VAT or sales tax will be applied in line with local laws. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the conference if payment has not been received.

Decarb Connect Ltd Cancellation, Postponement, Format Change and Substitution Policy

Digital Events:

You may request pass be allocated to a substitute delegate with at least 7 days’ notice. Once a delegate has logged on to a digital event platform (which may happen in advance of event dates) no substitutions are possible. Once you have purchased your digital event ticket, cancellations are not permitted, however you may request a pass to an alternate event in the calendar. Once you have accessed the digital event platform, no cancellations are permitted.

Hybrid or In-Person Events:

You may substitute delegates at any time by providing at least 14 days’ notice to Decarb Connect. For any cancellations received in writing not less than 14 days prior to the conference, you will receive a 90% credit (credit note) to be used at another Decarb Connect conference, which must occur within 12 months from the date of issuance of such credit note. An administration fee of 10% of the contract fee will be retained by Decarb Connect for all permitted cancellations. No credit will be issued for any cancellations outside of these parameters.

In the event that Decarb Connect postpones an event for any reason or changes the event format to ‘virtual event’ and the delegate is unable to attend on the rescheduled date or format, you may choose instead to receive a credit note for future events or products.

If a customer registers at an incorrect pricing rate, Decarb Connect reserves the right to issue an invoice for any balance associated with the correct ticket.

Except as specified above, no credits will be issued for cancellations. There are no refunds given under any circumstances.

Decarb Connect Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. Decarb Connect Ltd shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, such events shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labour strike, pandemic, extreme weather or other emergency.

Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may require substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Decarb Connect Ltd reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.


To protect the health of all participants, and deliver a great experience, Decarb Connect will closely follow government guidance at the time of the event in respect to COVID19.

We ask that delegates wear masks throughout the event space and also to respect the wishes of fellow attendees in terms of social distancing. Attendees should be aware that local government or venue rules may require additional steps relating to testing and mask use. All Decarb Connect employees on site will be fully vaccinated, will wear masks and will be following local guidelines relating to covid.

Decarb Connect will ensure that there are minimal touchpoints during the the event. All delegates will have access to a conference platform which ensures you can access all conference materials online. Q&A will be conducted through the app. Paper and pens will be removed from the conference facilities and we will provide sanitiser spray and gel for use by attendees.

If you are experiencing any Covid-19 related symptoms such as high temperature, a new continuous cough, loss of smell or taste, etc. or if you have been in contact with someone who has Covid in the past ten days we ask you to not attend the conference in person. In this case, please contact the conference team and we will assist you with a substitution or credit note.

Vaccination or Negative Test Policy & Contact Tracing Policy

In signing up to our events, attendees agree to provide documentation of either their double vaccination or a negative lateral flow test in the 48 hours before the event begins. For example; UK attendees will be asked to provide their covid passport (made available in the NHS Covid app or as a print out) – similar documentation from other jurisdictions will be accepted.
If a situation arises that makes this necessary, Decarb Connect will work with local authorities to trace and contact participants at our events, subject to local privacy regulations.


All ‘Early Bird’ Discounts require payment at time of registration and before the cut-off date in order to receive any discount. Any discounts offered whether by Decarb Connect Ltd (including team discounts) must also require payment at the time of registration. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer unless otherwise noted.
