There is widespread recognition that all pathways to decarbonizing the 30% of global emissions originating from heavy industry by 2050 will require large-scale deployment of carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS).

Successful partnerships will be crucial to realizing this low-carbon future, and those who wish to lead (or not be left behind) are developing these partnerships now.

Watch this session on-demand from Ardent and Technip Energies on to hear learnings from their partnership and field deployments of carbon capture technology

In this session, Erica Nemser, CEO at Ardent, Yu Huang, Global Head of Venture Investment at Technip Energies and Christophe Malaurie, Senior Vice President of Decarbonization Solutions at Technip Energies will discuss the role of partnerships in their efforts to deploy and scale up decarbonization solutions.

They share case studies from actual technology deployments in the field from voestalpine (steel), OMV (petrochemicals), and RHI Magnesita (refractory materials / kiln processes) and share best practices for how technology companies can partner with service providers, industrials, and corporates to accelerate the deployment of innovative carbon capture technologies.

Watch on-demand if you:

  • Face increasing pressure to decarbonize industrial operations but you’re not sure where to start
  • Are looking to work with industrial partners to support technology development and scale up at your hardware startup but don’t know how to find or engage them
  • Are interested in bringing innovative technology to your enterprise to accelerate decarbonization efforts, but don’t know how to find, evaluate, or engage technology partners
  • Have started exploring partnerships but want more guidance in moving from early conversations to actual joint projects
  • Lack experience in creating successful partnerships with decarbonization technology companies

Overcome these challenges, take away actionable ideas and insights on:

  • The current industrial decarbonization landscape and the challenges industrial players face in efforts to innovate and decarbonize.
  • The range of technologies available to decarbonize industry and why hybrid solutions show particular promise.
  • Why partnership is vital both for bringing cutting edge decarbonization technology from the lab to the field and deploying end-to-end CCUS solutions at scale.
  • Lessons learned from deploying membrane-based carbon capture solutions in the field in different industrial settings.
